However, we strongly recommend you do NOT use this option on any device shared with others.

Lucky 8 actively monitors every login attempt. If our system detects suspicious activity — such as a login from an unfamiliar location or a new device — you will receive an immediate notification via SMS or email. Your account may be temporarily suspended as a precaution, and you will need to complete a brief identity verification process to restore access.
After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your lucky 8 account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes as an added safeguard against unauthorised access. This is standard security practice, also used by major Malaysian financial institutions such as Maybank and CIMB.
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter your registered phone number or email address, and lucky 8 will send a password reset link valid for 15 minutes. For maximum security, this link can only be used once.
